The fine print
A surcharge of 20 PLN applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 23:00. Key collection after 23:00 carries a PLN 50 surcharge and takes place via a mailbox. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The office is open from 9:00 till 17:00. Please note that the apartments in Hoża and in Polna Street offer underground parking spaces. Please note that the apartments are located in residential buildings and are no suitable for late night parties. Due to the change in tax regulations, the tax number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The studio apartment is on the 3rd floor in a residential block, very close to Zbawiciela Square, Ujazdowski Park, and several public transport hubs, from where you can get practically anywhere. The contactless key system made it easy to get into the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a trip. The washing machine came in handy halfway through my trip :). A huge good point, the owner was very flexible and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful for me.

very good location: not far from Central railway station (15 min by feet), various public transports are available. there are a lot of bars and small food-shops around apartment. easy chek-in/check-out. apartment is fully equiped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove)

The apartment is bright, cozy and clean. Everything you need to prepare food is there. There is a washing machine. The bed linen is clean. Convenient location, within walking distance of various cafes and shops. Communication with the owner of the apartment was excellent, we were cooperative. Thanks for all!
