We loved the spaciousness of the accommodation, and the comfortably homely feel. The kitchen was incredibly well set up with every possible thing you would need for cooking and entertaining. We loved the local artwork in each room and the touches of history - with an appropriate nod to Fletcher Jones. We also loved the fabulous use of the old Fletcher Jones coat hangers. Very clever and wonderfully quirky. The number of well-equipped bathrooms was also a plus. With so many of us staying, no-one was left desperately hanging on or waiting for a turn in the shower. Oh and not forgetting the wonderful secret garden out the back!!! What a treasure!

We had a very pleasant stay at F Project Residence. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
