The spacious rooms and the lovely big garden. The location is close to restaurants and other points of interest. We liked that by staying here we supported the local artist community. It was great to have off street parking. Jane looked after us and was available to assist if required.

Wonderful location. Supermarket across the road and walking distance to beach and Lake Pertobe playground. Great facilities to accommodate our extended family of 11 adults/kids. Carpeted passage way and thick walls meant it wasn't noisy , even with so many people.
