Great greeting and service from the day manager. Great location for our purpose. Car parking is a little pokey, just need to be considerate of others. Good comfortable bed and room, with great clean bathroom

Highly recommended stay at the Elm Tree Motel it was very clean and bed comphy, coffee really great and they offer fresh milk. Location very close to all shops quick walk , restaurant and cinema.it will definitely be my favourite stay when I'm back in Warrnambool
