We liked being able to make our own breakfasts in the room. Easy to pop down to the dining room for a coffee or anything else. Great food there and lovely staff.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, thanks to the meticulous efforts of the housekeeping staff, Katy. Her dedication allowed us to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. The front desk staff were courteous and welcoming, greatly enhancing our overall experience. The hot spring guide was clear and informative, helping us fully enjoy our hot spring journey. Everything was truly outstanding!
