We liked the layout of the family room which gave plenty of options for sleeping - my son, his daughter and I stay over for their bi-monthly visit, we live in Worcester, so to have 2 single and 1 double bed is perfect. Location was great and if we had the money and time we would have done the park too. The outside play area looked great though our little one is only 3 so didn't use it due to the bigger kids racing round (our choice) Access to the upper floor from the Teepee side we found by accident but was really good saves my knees on stairs!

Everything absolutely everything Even the little bit of rain that fell was lovely. Staff are brilliant, very welcoming and always go out of the way to help. Room nice, clean ,spacious, comfy beds . View , themed rooms bunks are lovely..we had another lovely stay. Thanks to Lisa.
