The location was excellent and you can easily drive to different locations from here. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices to choose from.

Very warm and welcoming host..Room was clean and tidy and well presented. Parking spaces are available at the house. Breakfast options were excellent and catered for all tastes. Good suggestions for things to see and do in the area. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Comfortable stay in a quiet location. Warkworth is a pretty town, with many attractive places nearby to explore.

What a find ! Beautifully presented, everything you need in a room from toiletries to welcoming biscuits and cake. Linda , the owner is a wonderfully welcoming lady and we enjoyed our stay that much, we rebooked our next trip before we left.
