Steph and Richard were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome . The breakfast was lovely . The area was nice and quiet and a short walk into Wareham . Bed was super comfy in the spoonbill room . Decor a little dated but still lovely

Steph and Richard were very welcoming. The room had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked at our preferred time

Location was perfect for visiting Studland and Swanage. Room was very clean, breakfast tasty and the garden beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and made me feel at ease as I was travelling alone. I would definitely stay again.
