Chris is a great host - met us on arrival even though we were late and was very helpful. Great accommodation and spacious for a couple. Everything was provided for staying several night - great location and relaxing

Fantastic value for money. Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Everything was included, wine,chocolate,coffee, breakfast, all the amenities were included. Washing machine, dryer, and all cleaning products. Extra bedding if needed.. The property was very warm and cosy.

This little place has everything, truly self contained, with washing machine, dryer even a bath. The location was great, just a short walk to the pub and a nice walk around a beautifully maintained lake. The host Chris was great. Full of information about what to do and where to go in and around Waratah. Ask him and he will also tell you where to go for a 100% chance to see a Platypus. He even left us a free welcome bottle of wine and a chocolate. Thanks for your hospitality Chris. Waratah was a true little gem of a place to stay, I’m glad we stayed. It’s also not far from Cradle Mountain and Philospher Falls. A great stop. 👍😃😃

Everything you would need for a lovely stay in this beautiful part of Tassie - and then some. Who doesn't like a gift bottle of chardonnay and some chocolate eh? The lovely neighbour was able to provide the correct keysafe combination when I was given an incorrect one by booking.com😎
