3bedroom apartment was comfortable but shabby. Hole in wall in living room. Carpet stained and frayed. No teaspoons in kitchen for cuppa making. Beds were comfortable with good quality linen. Plentiful seating in the living area Advertised as having high speed internet but we could not connect at all to stream Kayo. We contacted reception and they said they would reset the router ... if they did it made no difference. Wifi remained unavailable all night.

Easy to check in. Clean rooms with good air-conditioning. Bed comfortable. Good shower pressure.

Very good wheelchair/disability access especially in the bathroom - shower water drained very well itself so no slippery or dangerous floor afterwards. Good shower chair and plenty of well placed grab rails. Very comfortable bed.

The room was well laid out, and neat. The kids thought the pool was great - but freezing! the view from the room was amazing. We loved looking out at the natural bush. The staff were friendly and helpful - letting us in a little early as the room was finished. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of blankets were supplied. The kids enjoyed a bath in the spa to defrost after swimming in the pool - it was spacious and comfortable. The TV had a Netflix account setup and the TV was actually connected to the internet that didn’t lag - a first for us!!!! Kids were very happy about that as we’ve had to hot spot phones to TV to get decent internet access, as well as log in to our own Netflix account in the past. Was great to have it all there and working! The biscuits, tea, coffee, etc were a great addition. Thank you. :)

The pool was great, other guests were friendly, great lawn for sitting and relaxing with a beer before having a swim. room was clean, comfortable, good TV and aircon worked a treat!
