Great location, warm & cosy rooms, continental breakfast provided & staff were so friendly! We also booked the spa which was lots of fun.

They had a spa pool. My wife's main requirement. They are also near the Wanaka food carts, for a good feed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, everything is in walking distance. I pre-booked a gluten breakfast, which they catered for. They had a chef at breakfast, who cooked our breakfast fresh, which was really nice.

The lady who greeted us on the first day from the Cook Islands was very accommodating and friendly. The overall feel of the hotel is very homely. Our room was very nice. Coffee was nice. Good selections of tea.
