Everything! Best part was the location, 5mins drive to anything you'd need, yet the cul-de-sac was super quiet, between this and the well developed garden made it feel like you weren't staying in a township!

Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed. In a quiet location with ample parking for cars. Clear instructions from agent/owner. Not too far to walk into Wanaka shops if you are fit and it’s good weather. Wifi worked well.
