The bedrooms and bathroom are a good size, lovely decor and beds very comfy Apartment was very clean and well maintained. TV good size and quality. Netflix included Close to the sea and town centre. Ideal location.

Katy, the host, was very helpful and contacted us to see if we needed anything during our stay which was kind. Apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals. Location was perfect, close to shops, beach and pier, parking the car was no trouble and for those travelling by train the station was a short walk away. We all enjoyed our stay, would certainly recommend to any one coming to Walton on the naze.

Gr8 location for beach and hospitality within a 2 minute walk. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Warm even when -2 outside.

Great location, 2 min walk to the sea. Lovely little seaside town . Katy was very helpful with recommendations and very quick responding to any questions. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds and very clean.
