I was looked after by a member of staff who was very polite . Pete was also very helpful too. It was clean and tidy. All facilities in the kitchen worked. I would stay there again if I visit Walsall again

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable. I felt a bit apprehensive getting to the property because the getting in process was unclear. Very steep stairs. Not suitable for a young family or the elderly. Never met anyone apart from a guy in the next room. Bathroom facilities are shared. Very clean. Only given the lowish marking because it was a bit awkward. It was ok but I think some people wouldn't like it

Pete was really polite, kind, helpful, and didn't mind at all if I had to ask for extra help. If I'm in Walsall again, I will use his facilities again.
