Everything good except the tv when watching goes off have way but expect that like room clean and tidy and very kine well spoken

I was traveling for my personal work for my husband and we just booked for a night thinking we would finish early the next day but it took more than 8 hrs the next day to complete our job and our check out time was 11 am the proprietor was very kind enough to let us check out whenever we wanted without any charges and we checked out only at 7:30 PM which we are really thankful to the owner as our job was also done and we had a smooth journey back to York. Even when we reached to the property he kept on sending us messages to let him know so he can instruct how to use the smart lock and also shown so much concern over our security. Our experience during the stay was best ..I would definitely recommend to other people. Thank you Nima.

Lovely location on a well lit street about a 10 minute walk from Walsall town center. Really nice apart, even in winter the room was lovely and cozy. Great communication by the host about gaining access. Overall great value for money.
