The reason I’ve scored this as 6 was solely down to other guests at the accommodation who think having loud conversations late at night and knocking on the door at 130 am is acceptable. This is clearly outside the control of the venue and when I raised the issue they responded I a prompt professional and courteous way offering a discount to compensate, I declined same as as previously stated the issues were not due to venue, rather other guests. I would still stay here again as room was as described, comfortable, clean and well equipped and communication from hosts was prompt and clear.

Good communication, easy access, no keys required. super comfy bed, room was warm, shower great . Everything you need. I'm a solo over sixty female and I was concerned about the dark passage way down to the main entrance, but the security lighting was great not only outside but also as you entered the property. I will be back

Facilities were good, staff manager was friendly (would expect this being a brummie!) And a bit of attention to detail in the room e.g. welcome name card.
