All the staff were very helpful. They were always smiling and pleasant. Maurice & Julia from the reception were nice. Elvie (the breakfast lady) was exceptionally friendly and polite everytime we get coffee in the morning.

The hotel is a short bus trip from main station , bus line 180 or 181 and then a short walk . The hotel is located in a lovely leafy upmarket area of Salzburg . The hotel has 2 pools and a private lake , bikes to use , and there are beautiful walks in the area . For dinner there is a hotel about 10 min walk away that is reasonably priced and very good. Breakfast is of a high standard along with the staff who own the business Can’t recommend highly enough and already have booked for next year
