Big space, good sharing areas, quiet place and the landlord is very friendly and welcoming. The price is very affordable to be London and it doesn't take too long to go to the city center.

Everything was perfect! The room, immaculate and huge, with working table and chairs. The host, incredibly accommodating and people like him are a rare breed. The price for my stay for 2 weeks was under the usual asking price which is insane to think about. Finally, the location... I mean, if you ever find something like this... SNAP IT UP. That's a lot for a great stay 👍🏾

We were met by the property owner promptly upon arrival and then shown around the property and to our room. He was very friendly and nice to talk to. I liked the peace and quiet even though we were so close to the main road.

The location was about a 30-second walk to Beddington Park, which is a lovely place to visit. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and there was a shower/ bath, kitchen use, and a beautiful garden. The host was extremely welcoming as well!
