The gentleman on the reception desk when out of his way a few times to help us out. The 2 staff members we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

The situation is truly memorable, right on the banks of the Thames by Shillingford Bridge, all of which formed a fantastic view from our window. The staff were outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and there was a wide range of choices on the menu. Afternoon tea was really scrumptious! The room was big, as was the king size bed.

Staff were very helpful arranging ground floor accommodation for my stair challenged brother. Nice view over the canal. Good space in the room and nicely refurbished bathroom. Plenty of parking space
