Everything Julie and Rob have thought everything!! This is the smallest of the rooms but ideal for a short break. Spotlessly clean with everything you need really quiet, so a peaceful night sleep guaranteed. Excellent communication and instructions making it easy to find. Thank you so so much. We will definitely book again. Very friendly hosts without being intrusive.

The garden room was beautiful everything had been thought of microwave, kettle, mugs, dishes, plates, cutlery. Even a choice of hard or soft pillows. Table and chairs in a private garden space . Very convenient for trips in to Oxford recommend Redbridge park and ride it has plenty of Ev chargers. The hosts Rob and Julie were lovely.
