The good points - the apartment has dedicated off road parking, the agent was waiting when we arrived and gave a walkaround of the apartment. The apartment was clean and facilities as described and it is in a quiet area. The bakery just outside the entrance is lovely, New Brighton itself has two restaurants we tried - Cappadocia (Turkish) and Portofino (Italian) both of which were very good. Also the train service into Liverpool from either New Brighton or Birkenhead North is good with free parking.

It was a lovely apartment all was comfortable and warm and plenty of bath towels 👍there’s a lovely bakery close by and Elsie’s cafe which I recommend 🤩 short walk from property to Vale park and beach but be aware it will be all up hill on the way back for those with health issues

We found this apartment met all our needs and more, location was ideal. Loved the apartment , great having a washing machine and secure free parking. Easy to walk to shops if you wish and a bakery right next door. Communication with host was great . Easy place to relax just like a home, our direct neighbours were friendly and it was very quiet during our stay.
