Location. Cleanliness, Facilities, helpful hosts. It is a lovely place to stay. The Tweed valley is a lovely place to walk with wonderful gardens and historic houses nearby.

The lodging is located in the midst of the Scottish borders natural environment. It is refreshing and relaxing to wake up in the woods and the spaces inside the house was really well-composed, clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful as well.
