Please note the property comprises 2 buildings; Walton Hall on the island and Waterton Park Hotel on the main land, directly opposite the old hall. Accommodation can be allocated to either of the buildings, subject to availability at the time of booking. Rooms in Walton Hall cannot be guaranteed.Children can only use the swimming pool if accompanied by an adult.Baby cots must be booked directly with the hotel and are subject to availability. Any surcharges will be added to the booking when confirmed with the hotel.Disabled facilities are limited. For further information you can submit a special request when booking or use the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Access to the spa facilities are an additional charge.This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is only allowed in the patio areas outside the property.For bookings of 6 or more rooms different cancellation policies apply, the hotel will contact you with these policies after booking.Dining is on the mainland. The Grand Cafe is open all day for dining, including dinner in the evening. The Casual and Fine Dining menus offer locally sourced seasonal dishes to suit all preferences.Spa access is not included in overnight stays unless booked onto a specific spa breaks. The property was situated in a nice area with the part of the hotel on its own little island which was stunning to look at

Beautiful surroundings. Spa facilities good. Rooms nice but bit pricey for what you get. Expected gowns n slippers but non. Food ok but expected better. Staff helpful friendly and welcoming

Staff are amazing especially Sophie on reception she goes up and above to ensure that your stay is comfortable and welcoming. Stunning location. Plenty of parking. Our dog was welco.ed and staff where amazing with him.Nice to visit a hotel that made us all feel welcome including Bailey. We will be back.

every thing .the staff all of them were wonderful friendly and kind ,the breakfast had plenty of choice ,very good quality food ,the dinning room was lovely ,the whote was clean easy to get around ,the swimming pool was really nice but you can only use it for 2 hours in morning if not in your pacage other wise its 25 pounds for the spa and hot tub ,lovely lake around the hotel we sataed in main bit not the island ,but we had room 54 with four poster bed lovely big bathroom was so nice ,every thing was so easy to do heating straight forward ,the only hotel the toaster does it in one go ,shower fast and easy ,we had 2 days and was wonderful .easy to park and quite at night xx
