The apartment was in a modern secured block on a quiet cul de sac. There was a pleasant park next door. A shopping centre is within walking distance. There are two secured lifts to the first floor unit. The unit is roomy, and pleasant. There’s a kitchenette with gas cooktop, oven, fridge, the usual cutlery, and a useful dishwasher, with rare and welcome clothes washer & dryer. The bathroom is spacious with decent sink counter space for your toiletries. The shower was roomy enough, didn’t leak and had great pressure and volume. The bedroom was compact but roomy enough. There was a power point behind the bed with powerboard to charge your phone and watch. The mattress and pillows were a bit odd as I felt like both my head and my body want to roll off. However I slept well so maybe that just takes getting used to. The balcony was surprisingly large for a one bedroom unit. A fly screen would have been useful so you could keep the window and doors venting. A friendly bird tried to get in! Maybe it was used to being fed!

Location was quiet and parking was available out the front of the apartment. The apartment facilities were extremely clean, very modern and clean. The welcome pack is such a treat and the balcony is lovely and large. I would stay again
