Super easy check in process with a lockbox. Great location - we were visiting for a nearby wedding also in Waitahanui so to be within walking distance was great. We had 10 people stay in the house for 3 nights and there was plenty of room especially given the upstairs and downstairs have their own bathrooms and kitchen areas (although we all spent most of our time upstairs and still plenty of space, especially given the lovely deck). House was super clean and loved the batchy vibe. We didn't use the kayaks or the table tennis table but believe these were in the garage. House is on the road side as opposed to the lake side, but thanks to a gate in the backyard it's only a 2min walk to the lakefront.

It's a beautiful property located on main road side, having said that we found it a bit tricky to reach destination using our GPS. Two storey building which offers a good ambience for weekend getaway with family and kids. It has all the amenities you need except washing machine and wifi.
