We require all guests to present a valid photo ID issued from a government authority and proof of onward travel (an itinerary that shows you have a flight departing Maui). Guest's identification must match the name(s) on the reservation.Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to stay at the hostel. You must be a minimum of 18 years old to stay in a dorm bed. Minors may stay in a private room if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests checking in with children under the age of 12 will unfortunately be turned away and forfeit their deposit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Once again, the staff was absolutely incredible. Luke was a fantastic guide for 'Maui Days'—helping with the local project and then building a dam in the river was a highlight. Daniel Zapata made the 'Road to Hana' legendary; even with the bad weather, his constant encouragement and high energy kept everyone’s spirits up—it was so worth it! Daniel also took us to a beach day and a fire show, which were both amazing. McKenna was so kind and always there to help with advice, Steve at reception went out of his way to assist us with everything, and Taryn makes the best margaritas! Thank you all for these unique memories that made my stay truly exceptional. Great people, great vibes, great memories.

Staff is really friendly and helps you understand the property and the area. The location is nice and staff is super quick to responding email queries. As per staff suggestion, i did park on the streets for free for 2 nights and luckily didnt get the ticket.

The staff were fab. They made breakfast each morning, and put effort into the pancake shapes!! Th3 staff were on hand to answer any question and offer advice on where to go. Daily tours and plenty of clean towels

- Best Hostel I have been so far - great offer of day tours - really kind and nice staff - they really care about the people
