The fine print
Guests checking in must be at least 21 years old.After hours check-ins should pick up the white phone on the wall outside the check in office for security assistance.We are excited to announce that Paniolo Greens will undergo unit renovations starting November 15, 2025, aimed at enhancing guest experience and improving our facilities. During this period, we will ensure minimal disruption to our operations and guest services. All common areas, including the pool and recreation center will remain open. We hope to have all renovations completed by the end of 2026.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very large apartments with all the amenities you can think of, for way less than the resorts by the beach. Many of the resort beaches are accessible for the public so you can easily drive over there and park.

The two bedrooms were very clean and comfortalbe, havig a supermarket nearby made it easy to cook in the well-equied kitchen. The washing machine with detergent and the dryer were a great bonus. It is about 30 minutes to drive to center of Kona, but there are some beautiful beaches around. We really enjoyed our stay!
