The fine print
When booking 4 or more rooms different policies and additional supplements apply.
A 20% deposit of the group booking total is required and all cancellations and changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.The guest will forfeit the 20% deposit fee if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. Payments processed via Credit will incur a 1.5% transaction fee.
Reception open times are 8.30am to 10.30am and 1.30pm to 7.00pmPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Firstly, friendly & helpfull staff. I had a very clean & comfortable room with a/c, a good size tv, large compfy bed, tea & coffee, fridge. It was quiet with a plenty of parking.

This was a tricky stay as the Coromandel had immense flooding and torrential rain. All roads out and in were blocked and cut off. The owner / manager kindly let me stay an additional night as all roads were blocked with landslides and floods from the once in 100 year cyclone.
