Amazing home and host, beautiful locations just a 5 minute car ride from Wagrain. Really nice sauna and lake to cool off in!

Very nice accomodation, with new wooden furniture. Everything in the kitchen you need. Absolutely gorgeous sauna, with beautifull little lake. Nice view.

We really enjoyed our time in Bergseegut Chalet. The chalet is located in a farm outside Wagrain (accessible by car/taxi). It was 15 min drive from A10 autostrada The chalet itself is very big and spacious, contain 5 bedrooms. All the chalet and it's facilities were super clean. The kitchen contained all necessary equipment for our meals (note that basics like salt/pepper/oil you need to bring with you) The chalet has nice front and back yard where both adults and kid enjoyed You can ask from the owner for baby/toddler facilities: bed, feeding chair, etc. There is wooden sauna next to the chalet and small lake . Good base in Saltzburg region if you are looking for great views and quiet place after a day of traveling.

What an amazing place! The chalet is so spacious and extremely clean. They are built with high quality materials and are very well equipped e.g. TV in all the rooms, 3 large bathrooms, kitchen materials etc. And then the view… amazing!! Our stay was end of January/begin of February, so there was snow. It felt like Winter Wonderland… like you were in a giant snow globe. The surroundings where insanely beautiful and the best place to find peace. We felt no urge what so ever to leave ‘our mountain’. Martin, the host, was very kind and attentive. Always willing to help or give advice. And doing just the little extra things that make you smile, we felt very welcome and at home. We also booked the ‘Frühstücks korb’ every morning. It was delivered at our door and so fresh and well assorted. If you want to ski, there is a skibus shuttle service to the Grafenbergbahn to Ski Amadé. Furthermore enough to see and do in the nearby area. We really loved the fact that you could climb up the mountain and could slide down with a sled along the hairpin bends. We took our own sled with us from home with a steer and for adults. But we where also offered to use the sled of Bergseegut. Also very lovely is the spring stream from the mountain that that flows down and has waterfalls and provides fresh water for the chalets. We loved the fact that we could charge our electric car for free. Also the use of the washing machine and dryer was free of charge. The chalet owner sells fresh products like milk and eggs from his own farm. The sauna is also amazing and like the gym free to use. The is enough wood to make a great fire in the fire place. The snow was lovely, but the owner always made sure all the roads and paths where cleared of snow. So unfortunally no chance to get snowed in 😉 We really want to come back. Our 2 teenagers loved it as well. Both had their own rooms with ensuite bathroom, wifi and enough snow to build huge snow men.
