Advertised as “Boutique Hotel’ but really just a motel - and priced higher that other motels in Wagga Wagga advertised as ‘boutique’. Pros - room quiet and very comfortable bed Cons - toilet filthy and shower area not as clean as expected - big concern was number of rooms that had dogs , either side of us for example. Small print advises that pet friendly however would prefer to have room that was not habitated before us with dog - cleanliness for example and dog hair. If we were given room which was clearly - no pets - then would not object however not advised of this when booking, so concerned.

The Charles boutique hotel was dog friendly which was perfect for us. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Basin was not cleaned properly and lots of spider webs inside the bedroom doorframe. Not very environmentally friendly changing the towels when only staying 2 nights and emptying the bins and using more plastic bags as liners.

The property was clean and very well presented. Staff including the reception and house keeping team were friendly and helpful. The property offered pet friendly rooms and complimentary parking. We had a lovely stay.

Clean, neat and tidy hotel, it was very conveniently located 2 minutes from the main shopping strip. Check in was super easy, the beds were very comfy and the room was a good size. Dated decor but that's the least of your worries. Tv, air con and a good hot shower. Value for money here. We tried the pool which was nice on a hot day.

Such a lovely, spacious unit with everything we needed. Two bathrooms made life so much easier! Parking was convenient, and staff very responsive to requests. Wish we had stayed longer!

Size of room and facilities were really good. Housekeeping staff could have been friendlier and somehow our only teatowel was collected, but reception staff were excellent!
