The staff were lovely, the nicest and were very quick to react to a very unusual situation that arose as I was taking my gear into the apartment. The end result was better for me as the room I was given (after the unusual event), even though identical in size, was on a higher floor and therefore had loads more light and was much, much, much nicer.

Bed was the best! Apartment was spacious and really well appointed - washing machine and dishwasher were great additions as we stayed for a week. Able to walk to cafes, resturants, supermarket, beach and RSL. We're definitely going back!
