What I appreciate most is the transparent communication. While other camps were not honest about the conditions and prices, Raad was transparent about everything and responded to all questions promptly. The camp is in a great location—right in the protected area. I believe it’s one of the better camps in the area.

The camp has a wonderful location in the heart of the beautiful Wadi Rum landscape. The atmosphere is very calm and allows you to fully enjoy the desert views, especially at sunset and sunrise. The tents are comfortable and clean, and the services are good considering the nature of the desert environment. The place offers an authentic Bedouin experience with comfortable touches. Tours: The desert tours were enjoyable and well-organized, especially the jeep tour and the hiking trip to the famous rock formations. The drivers know the sites very well and make sure to stop at great spots for photos and to enjoy the views. They also provide simple explanations about the places and their history, which enriches the experience. People: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their attitude was respectful and welcoming, making guests feel like they are among friends. The Bedouin hospitality is clear—from the warm welcome to the tea served, and the willingness to assist with any request. This was one of the best aspects of the experience.

Food was all delicious, good range of options for all dietary needs. The location is great, the staff are great and the activities are also great.
