What an absolutely amazing experience at Helen Rum! I have stayed at many places in Wadi Rum but nothing beats the service and hospitality here, everyone made us feel right at home. The bubble is so clean and spacious, the view from the room is incredible! We went on the 2 and 4 hour jeep tour which I would absolutely recommend when staying here, the guides goes above and beyond to make it memorable and make sure to take loads of amazing pictures along the way! We also went on the stargazing tour where you can literally see the milkyway with your own eyes, stunning! Thank you so much for everything, we will be back for sure!

Our stay at Helen Rum Luxury Camp was absolutely unforgettable! We stayed in one of the bubble tents, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The tent was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort right in the heart of the desert. Waking up to the sunrise through the clear dome was like something out of a dream. A huge thank you to Mr. Abdulla, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. His hospitality really made the experience even more special – nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always greeted us with a warm smile. The meals were delicious and plentiful, especially the traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars – an experience we’ll never forget. The campfire, music, and stargazing at night created such a magical atmosphere. We also did a jeep tour arranged through the camp, which was another highlight – stunning views, fun driving, and informative stops along the way. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in Wadi Rum with top-tier service, comfort, and breathtaking scenery, Helen Rum Luxury Camp is the place to be. Thank you again, Mr. Abdulla and the team, for such an amazing stay. We can’t wait to return!

We thank everyone for this cooperation. Their activities were wonderful. We went on a four-hour tour and saw many mountain towers and wonderful sites. The guide, Abu Issam, was cultured and told us a lot about Wadi Rum and how the Bedouins lived in the past. It was an amazing experience. Thank you for your cooperation and concern.

The accommodation, food and tours are so wonderful here. The tents are luxurious and clean and the staff is second to none. We went on a stargazing tour and the Milky Way. The guide took unforgettable photos. Thank you. We will be back. We highly recommend it.
