Annette on the reception desk was very warm and welcoming to us during our stay. She gave us good recommendations for food places nearby. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was fine too.

The breakfast was outstanding—a huge variety of fresh olives, hummus, cheeses, and bread served by a very friendly and smiling waiter. The staff was incredibly helpful and resolved a minor water issue within minutes, explaining everything clearly. The room service was also excellent; the room was perfectly cleaned and refreshed while our personal belongings remained untouched and safe.

The room was good and good sleep. It was a small room but comfortable. Customer service was good, especially from Sabri, who helped us with many things and offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is also good.
