Mona and Faisal and their three adorable daughters are excellent hosts. The family lives on the ground floor of their house outside of which there is a lovely sitting area where all the food is served. The guest rooms are on the floors above. Each room comes with a private bathroom, and the air conditioning is very good. Mona and Faisal are very kind and helpful and offer excellent advice both for visiting Petra and generally about Jordan and what to watch out for. Mona is an excellent cook, and we thoroughly enjoyed each meal she prepared for us. The location is also excellent with easy walkable access to Petra back gate. Highly recommended for an authentic experience of how families around Petra really live, and we are very glad we chose to stay with this fantastic family instead of booking a hotel in Wadi Musa.

The family was very hospitable and the accommodation was very cozy. We particularly liked the location in the small village near Petra (with car only a few minutes away from Petra). The hosts and the people in the village were very warm people. I can highly recommend it.

Overall the family that hosted my was just superb friendly and kind, chatty and openminded! Was very clean big comfortable room with aircon. Bigg double room own bathroom. Empty due the political situation unfortunately. I really hope they get more guests in the future as they really deserve it!

Excellent location if you have a car. It was a lovely, clean, and spacious room in a beautiful building in a small village. Mona, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. She cooked us a very nice breakfast, and taught us about Bedouin life and history. We will come back. Highly recommend. Thank you.
