We got interconnecting family rooms, that were really huge, with welcome fruit plate, nice size tv, bathrobe slippers and clean bathroom. Breakfast had really a lot of choices and surprised us as on second day menu changed slightly. There is good size parking in the front of hotel which is also positive and good market close by, I think called Basket Store. Kids were a little disappointed of pool as water was freezing and at the end they hadn't use it but we were visiting during winter season.

Room was much bigger than we expected and very clean. Breakfast was excellent! There was such a range of foods to choose from and the waiter was so helpful in getting anything we needed, even remembering our drinks order from the morning before and having it ready without us asking. Parking is good too.

Literally everything! Most of all, the management and staff were amazing. I was made so feel so welcome from the second I arrived. My room was immaculate, the ensuite was modern and spotless. The restaurant served delicious and varied evening meals and breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble and I was treated like a friend. There is a very good supermarket 5 minutes walk away and it is a 10 minute drive to Petra. The hotel manager arranged a great, professional, knowledgeable driver for me at very reasonable rates and we quickly became friends. Highly recommended ❤️

Comfortable room, clean, nice bathroom wifh toiletries, fridge. Well.located with free secure parking. Swimming pool after long day in Petra was great to have. Fantastic breakfast and dinner for very reasonable charge.
