Very nice property, just water is the problem. Apart from that very nice place.

Spacious, well laid out. Plenty of space for 5 adults 1 child in the upstairs open plan living area. The first reaction of one person was ‘I’d like to live here’. All the bedrooms were spacious including the single. We liked the upside down arrangement with bedrooms downstairs. Quiet location. We saw and heard lots of different species of birds. Plenty of parking space Good location. We were only there for a weekend but we were still able to visit Polzeath, Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac without feeling rushed.
