Good communications with the property host, Ranil. Friendly and helpful staff, Sujani with the meals, Piyal with driving and organising things and Simuth with the pool and gardens.

A beautiful, spacious, clean property with lovely swimming pool and direct access on to the beach. Tasty breakfast provided each morning. We also provided basic ingredients for an evening meal to be cooked each night, the food was absolutely delicious. The swimming pool was a great size, clean and well maintained. Piyal and his team looked after us really well, cooked meals, took us to Kalutara, did some washing etc and were very welcoming and helpful.

It was the highlight of our trip around Sri Lanka. The villa is grand! Two large rooms on the upper level and one room on the ground floor offer room for up to eight people. The swimming pool and the direct access to the beach were marvelous, not just for the kids. In this spacious area everyone finds the right place to relax. Thanks to the attentive staff, we could wind down and just enjoy a few calm days.
