Greenwood is a small hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious and had a partial view of the mountains. All of the staff, from reception staff to the chef, were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is great value for money. The hotel also offers an inexpensive dinner service, which is a 3 course set menu. The hotel cooked dinner for us on both nights that we stayed even though on one of the nights, we were the only guests that had booked for dinner. The location is excellent as it is only 50 meters from the Novy Smokovec train station. The hotel also offers a laundry service that is exceptional value. The hotel has a lovely family atmosphere.

This was our second stay at Greenwood Hotel, and once again it confirmed what we already knew - we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. This family-run hotel truly knows how to run the place and make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent and convenient for guests with or without a car. It’s also ideal for those travelling with a dog and for anyone who appreciates a great breakfast to start the day off right. We’re already looking forward to booking our next stay at Greenwood Hotel...

Greenwood hotel has spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. It's pet friendly and in a prime location. I have nothing to complain about and would book a stay there again in a heartbeat.
