Everyone was super friendly and the wellness centre healed us from our wounds ob the hike! The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent!

The hotel's location is absolutely breathtaking and unique, no doubt about it. But the hotel itself is surprisingly disappointing – it's just average at best. If you arrive mid-day, don't expect hot food; you'll have to wait for the 28 EUR per person dinner buffet or grab something from a vending machine. Breakfast is also very basic: eggs, sausages, bread, yogurt, and defrosted doughnuts with your coffee. Though wellness is included, the whirlpool and saunas feel more like public pool facilities than a proper spa. And be prepared for the parking fees: 15 EUR per day for the downhill lot, plus 5 EUR for each one-way shuttle. Ultimately, while the location is mesmerizing, the hotel itself is definitely overpriced for what it offers.

A good hotel, in a beautiful place. The rooms are a bit small though. Very suitable for people who like to walk in the mountains. The scenery is beautiful, a lake, a waterfall. Many thanks to the girl at the reception who waited for our late arrival. I recommend staying at least for a day.
