We loved the whole experience, starting from the boat ride on lake Pielinen, accomodation and the fantastic buildings with fascinating details, sauna, prepared dinner baskets as well as the great breakfast. In the nature, in calm, very sereine atmosphere - and not forgetting the accomodating owners & hosts!

Tarina-aho bed and breakfast is very unique and has a charm of its own. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The barbeque and the breakfast were fantastic.

Beautiful authentic Finnish place on an island in a lovely setting. Don't expect hotel services as everything is basic but comfortable. Great sauna which you can use for an extra cost

Location in the middle of an island, super authentic finnish! Staff very friendly and helpful with hints and recommendations! Loved the detox-atmosphere while we were there!
