I’m truly impressed by the customer service at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and always smelled fresh and clean. Every restaurant in the hotel served delicious food — we enjoyed every meal. There’s even a private beach right in front of the hotel, and the staff there were just as kind and helpful, making our time by the sea even more relaxing. My family and I were absolutely satisfied with our stay. Both the hotel and the city of Vung Tau left us with such peaceful and memorable impressions. Highly recommended! 🌊✨
