The fine print
Children under the age of 14 can stay in the SPA center until 17:00 o'clock.
The time of using the SPA center is limited to 3 hours and takes place at pre-booked dates in order to avoid possible crowds and exceeding the number of people who can be in the SPA center at one time.Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 5 kilos /11 pounds.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Everything was great, the room, availibility of the staff, the breakfast was ok. Lots of activities for kids in the hotel. It is near to the center, which is another plus.

During the reservation, we had some miscommunication. But when we checked in, everything was great. The location is near the park. There are many different kinds of saunas.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is great — only about 5–7 minutes walking distance from the park and the main street, which makes it very convenient. We stayed in an apartment that was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good — not extremely varied, but definitely sufficient and fresh. For Valentine’s Day we booked the romantic dinner with a set menu, and it turned out to be delicious and reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. The spa area is clean and well maintained. During weekends you need to reserve a specific time slot and cannot use it outside of that period. At first this felt a bit unusual, but it actually works fine to avoid overcrowding. Free kids playroom for guests with a very kind lady taking care of the children. The most impressive part of our stay was the service — staff communication was quick, helpful and very professional.
