Close to the centre of Vratsa and stores, near a park, free parking on the street. Price was low but came with smelly disadvantages.

Convenient, clean, quiet with windows shut. Small park nearby and very good restaurant 10 mins away

Fine big rooms, central location and a tasty breakfast served to your room. The staff were very accommodating even though we failed to read the small print and arrived way after the check-in time. Beds were very comfortable. Unbeatable on price v quality.
