It is a good choice in Vratsa with its great location on the main square. It is however not more than it seems to: a post-Soviet building, with an average design inside.

Good hotel in Vratsa, about 1 km from the railway station (walk straight ahead for about 200 m., cross the main road into the pedestrian zone and follow that towards the mountain peaks). Good room and friendly staff. Excellent location at the end of the pedestrian zone on a square with fountains and a mountain backdrop.
