Receptionist spoke great English and was very welcoming rooms were clean and comfy. The only thing that could with attention is tge shower. The head was loose and the water fell out rather than spraying. When I tried to tighten it the bracket camp off the wall... Ive used the hemus for 5 years and will continue to do so. The view over the ice rink and Xmas market is stunning as is the rest of the town

Didn't stay for breakfast as really early checkout but had breakfast there before which is excellent. I really appreciate the staff especially the young man on reception that day. Very polite and helpful.

It is a good choice in Vratsa with its great location on the main square. It is however not more than it seems to: a post-Soviet building, with an average design inside.
