Extremely clean!!! The rooms, facilities, breakfast and restaurant...all was perfect. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. Really can't find nothing bad to say. PERFECT!!! I travel all over Europe for work and there is always something small, but not this time. I'm now planing to go with the family. Hope they keep up with the same dedication.

Honest, we are travelling a lot around the entire world, but the location, the food, the staff was beyond any imagination and I am glad that we didn't catch any hotel free in Ljubliana because we had to come here.

Wonderful region, fantastic hotel. At the foot of the Alps, just a few hundred meters from the highway, you’ll find this hotel. That may sound ordinary, but the moment you step inside, you realize it’s anything but! This is one of the most thoughtfully designed hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail is carefully considered—an elegant building with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff is amazing, and the restaurant is so good that guests even come here from farther away. The food is excellent, the selection is huge, and the waiters are fast and friendly. We’ve been here many times already and will definitely return. We don’t come for cycling, but it’s good to know that Grof is a true paradise for cyclists—with fantastic bike trails in the area and top-quality services at the hotel, including bike rentals, repairs, washing, and more. So my recommendation: if you’re in the area, make sure to stop by. Even if just for a lunch or a night’s stay, you’ll leave with such great experiences that you’ll be sure to come back.
