Breakfast had a good selection of freshly baked pastries and cakes and friendly staff. Villa is in a quiet garden setting with lovely views. Once across the road it was easy to access Volterra via steep steps up to town centre.

I loved the location, it is a relatively short walk to the old town (VERY HILLY! and a steep flight of stiars) but very convenient! The property has a small outdoor area and it was always lovely to brid watch!

The Villa is amazing, and the room we stayed at is exactly how you imagine italian rooms in a Villa to look like. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I loved the place. If I ever return to Volterra, I would book here again.
