We had a fantastic time! Lucca is a very friendly host that shared lots of information about Tuscany. The pool is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, big parking available and last, but not least the breakfast is the best we have ever had in Italy!

Very friendly and helpful host, he knows everything about Tuscany and Volterra area. Breakfast and home made cakes are the best ever tasted in Italy by far. And for us it was perfectly located approx. 15 minutes walking distance to Volterra with ca. 150 m level difference.

Great location with plenty of onsite parking. Lovely pool was great to cool off and sunbathe. Very helpful owner who provided lots of information on local sights. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic variety of homemade food. Lovely views.
