Patrick was amazing. You are always a little anxious when you arrive. He made us feel at home. The atmosphere, background music, breakfast........ect. was top shelf. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location - just a short walk to the main town centre. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable. Patrick went out of his way to make sure all guests were looked after with plenty of breakfast choices.

This was one of our stops on a cycling tour . The premises were perfect; lovely room, comfy bed, lots of space in the communal area which had full kitchen facilities for preparing meals and a courtyard area for relaxing in. The location was a 15 minute walk from town, which was heaving with tourists during the day, but peaceful in the evening. There are no cafes or bars close by and the nearest supermarket and fast food shops a 10 - 15 minute walk away. The breakfasts were prepared by our hosts beforehand, so no set times for getting up. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Very nice accommodation. Clean and pleasant homely environment. Everything works as it should. Good breakfast. The host is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back again. Volendam is a beautiful town. PS.: We were very pleased when our breakfast was described in Czech.
