We have rented to bungallow apartments adjacent next to each other, which was very convenient for our group of 8. Internally modern design property with comfy furnishings, cookware, washing machine, utensils, smart TVs, everything you would need and good air conditioning units. Externally Plenty of private parking space, so no worries of leaving car on the streets. Also had a simple charcoal grill, which we used few times for some nice pork, steak, fish, and koftes to grill on. The surrounding gardens has potential for improvement, but it had a selection of old avocado, olive, date palm, and citrus trees and we even spotted a turtle roaming around the grounds, which was nice surprise for kids and adults. The location itself is very conveniently located, couple min walks from the grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, fishmongers and pharmacy. As well as beach and restaurants are located maybe 4 mins walk. Which makes it best location in whole Vlore. As if the property would have been more towards the city centre you would have a way longer walk to the beach. The old town is about 1 hours walk, but I rather would have a beach close by with a nice mountainous views than a small old town close by.

We loved the property, it was very close to the city and we had beaches very near. We chose to drive to some other beaches, but if you want you have som e good sandbeaches very near.
