What I liked about the hotel was that the food was plentiful during both breakfast and dinner. The staff were generally very polite and kind. However, the bed sheets were not changed until I specifically asked. When I requested this from the cleaning supervisor, she was a bit rude, even in front of my 74-year-old mother, which I found very disrespectful.

We had a great stay at Kraal Hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the hotel‘s pool. Another plus was the dinner and breakfast, which were delicious.

AC in all hotel interior, dinner and breakfast with many different food, staff very friendly, available parking, security parking guy, clese beach, pool inside the hotel
