Great view and location! Away from the busy and noisy part of the city. The apartments were cozy and very well decorated. No noise from neighbours or anything of the like.

The property was clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. It is a windy drive up to the Villas and parking is on the road. A few steps up to our room. The view is unbelievable and the sunset magical. The food was delicious for both for dinner and breakfast.

Hotel Kappa3 Villas⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved my stay here! Friendly staff, cozy rooms, and a great location with a beautiful view of the sea and Vlora. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely come back!
